Overview of TUMSAT GNSS Lab.
Since the 1990s, our laboratory has been conducting basic research and developing applications for GNSS (GPS and other positioning satellite systems). Our philosophy is “Navigation for the benefit of people”.
Our main research includes high-precision positioning such as RTK and PPP, multipath error reduction techniques, and software GNSS receivers. Other research includes combined navigation systems using INS, applications of precise positioning of ships, and combined areas of GNSS and GIS. We are also conducting research on near-future positioning satellites (utilization of domestically produced QZSS).
